Series X2 – High Resolution Geometry Tools

Whether it is a newly Constructed Pipeline or Existing Operating Pipeline carrying oil, gas, chemicals or any fluid, it is very important for the Operator to know the Quality of Construction or Condition of line with respect to various Pipeline Defects like Dents, Gouges, Ovality, Pipe-book verifications like Taps and Installations or any other geometry based defects which may have developed during the life-line of Pipeline. Geometry Inspection or Deformation Inspection using Geometry tools are used to provide this Report to Operators either immediately after New Construction of Pipeline or during the regular operations.
The accuracy of these tools is very important for any operator since they provide very important information about the Pipeline Condition and defects, which if not rectified can result into hazards and accidents.

Efficient Preparation of the Tool

At TRANSPIPE, once a Project is Awarded and Kick-Started, we ensure Efficient Tool Preparation considering every detail of the Pipeline to be inspected in order to deliver 100 % Successful Run in first place.

Our Highly Trained Workshop Personnel prepare the tool in the Workshop in accordance with Strict Procedures & Industry Standard Practices. All major tests are carried out in prior including the barrel test, Pull Through tests if required for the Project and each tool is calibrated to maximum efficiency before the tool leaves the Workshop for Site-Operations.

Sound Project Management & Field Operations

Project Management is very important aspect for Smooth Operations and timely delivery of the Project. At Transpipe, we have experienced Project Managers who are working round the clock to ensure the efficient Co-ordination with the Client and work in the co-operation with the Operations Department.

At the same time, our Field Operations Team who are trained as per ASNT/ANSI ILI-PQ ensures to carry out all the checks before the tool is launched and ensure the safety before retracting the tool. The tool tracking becomes one of the important site activities which is conducted in co-operation with Client Site team. We understand difficult Site Conditions which exists and are hurdle to operations on day to day basis.

However, at all times, we aim to strive to achieve excellence in the Operations which is the key to delivery of Successful project in the end to the Client.

Data Analysis- Transpipe Software “Sceptor”

Once Data is downloaded, it is sent to our Experienced DATA ANALYSIS team for further evaluation.

TRANSPIPE’s Proprietory Software “Sceptor” provides a detailed InSite of Pipeline Installations and covers comprehensive information about the defects & sizing of defects as per thresholds defined by the Client.
